Broken. Discontinued.
No longer made.
We print it.
Replacement parts, obsolete components, functional prototypes — printed to your spec and posted anywhere in the UK. Send a file or just describe what you need. Quote within one working day.
What we can print for you
From a file you already have, to a part you can only describe by photo or dimension — we handle the full journey from request to dispatch.
Print from Your File
Upload your STL, STEP, OBJ, or 3MF file and receive a quote. Straightforward, fast, no guesswork.
CAD Assistance
No file? Send photos, dimensions, or a broken part. We can help produce a printable model for straightforward parts.
Replacement Parts
Broken or worn plastic part? If it can be measured or photographed, there is a good chance it can be reproduced.
Urgent Jobs
Need it quickly? Tell us your deadline when requesting a quote — we will assess what’s feasible and get back to you promptly.
Prototypes
Test form, fit, and function before committing to production. FDM printing is well suited to early-stage prototype work.
Small-Batch Production
Need a handful of the same part? Short runs are handled practically and priced fairly — no minimum order quantity.
Machine down. Can’t source the part. Need it now.
Broken clip, snapped bracket, worn housing — if it’s stopping you using something, a 3D-printed replacement can often be produced and in the post the same or next day for straightforward parts. No tooling, no weeks of waiting, no minimum order.
- Mark your quote request as urgent and we will assess it as a priority
- Send a file, photos, or a description of what you need
- We give you a clear lead time — no vague estimates
- Royal Mail 24 or courier dispatch for fast UK delivery
No longer made. Part number returns nothing. Still fixable.
Manufacturers discontinue parts. Retailers sell out. eBay draws a blank. But if you can photograph it or measure it, there’s a good chance we can reproduce it in FDM plastic — functional, fitted, and posted to you anywhere in the UK.
- Clips, covers, housings, brackets, knobs, handles, trims
- Appliance and electronics components no longer in production
- Vehicle interior and trim parts with no available supply
- We review each request individually — we will tell you honestly what’s achievable
Ready to print, or starting from scratch
We work with customers at both ends of the spectrum — file in hand, or nothing but an idea and a broken part.
Already have a file?
Upload your STL, STEP, OBJ, or 3MF file when requesting a quote. We will check printability, confirm the best material for the job, and send back a price and estimated lead time. That’s it.
- STL, STEP / STP, OBJ, 3MF accepted
- We flag any printability issues before starting
- Material recommendation included
Need CAD assistance?
No 3D file? Send us photos of the part, rough dimensions, or a sketch. For straightforward geometries, we can produce a printable model. We will confirm at quoting stage whether the part is something we can assist with.
- Broken parts, photos, and rough dimensions accepted
- CAD work is assessed per project — we are honest about complexity
- CAD fee included in your quote where applicable
FDM materials for practical applications
All printing is FDM (fused deposition modelling). Material selection depends on your use case — we will advise at quoting stage if needed.
Polylactic Acid
Excellent detail and surface finish. Best for indoor, low-stress, and decorative applications. Most accessible material.
Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol
Better moisture and impact resistance than PLA. Good all-rounder for functional parts requiring moderate toughness.
Thermoplastic Polyurethane
Flexible and rubber-like. Ideal for gaskets, grips, bumpers, seals, and parts that need to flex or absorb impact.
Engineering Thermoplastics
Higher heat resistance than PLA and PETG. ASA adds UV stability for outdoor use. For functional and exterior applications.
From enquiry to your door in four steps
A straightforward process — no unnecessary back-and-forth, no vague timelines.
Send your file or describe the part
Upload an STL/STEP/OBJ/3MF file, or describe the part using photos, dimensions, or a sketch. Fill in our short quote form.
We review printability & material options
We check the file, dimensions, and intended use. We will flag any issues and confirm the best material. No hidden surprises.
You receive a clear quote & lead time
A straightforward quote by email — price, material, estimated dispatch date. You decide whether to proceed.
Your part is printed & dispatched
Printed, checked, and sent via Royal Mail or courier to anywhere in the UK. International delivery available on request.
One printer. One person. Every order handled directly.
UK-based, responsive, and direct
No overseas fulfilment. No faceless process. You communicate directly with the person printing your parts and get real answers, not automated responses.
Honest about what’s achievable
FDM printing has real-world limitations. We tell you what a material can and can’t do, and whether a part is suitable for your application — before you commit.
Fast for the right jobs
Simple, well-prepared files and standard materials can be turned around quickly. We are set up to handle urgent jobs efficiently without the delays of larger operations.
No minimum order
One part? One hundred parts? Both are welcome. We don’t have minimums. If you need a single replacement clip or a short production run, the answer is the same: send your request and we’ll quote it.
Practical material knowledge
We match materials to applications, not just preferences. Whether you need flexibility, UV resistance, heat tolerance, or surface finish, we will steer you towards the right choice.
UK-wide delivery, international available
We ship to anywhere in the UK as standard. International delivery is available on request — ask when you request a quote and we will confirm postage costs and lead times.
Common questions
Yes. STL is our most common file format. We also accept STEP (.step, .stp), OBJ, 3MF, and IGES. Upload your file in the quote form and we will review it for printability, flag any issues, and confirm the best material.
For straightforward parts, yes. Send clear photos, rough dimensions, or a sketch alongside your quote request. We will confirm whether we can assist and include any CAD work in the quote. More complex geometry may not be possible without an existing file.
Our maximum print volume is approximately 256 × 256 × 256 mm. Parts larger than this cannot be printed as a single piece — we will flag this if your file exceeds the build volume and discuss alternatives such as printing in sections.
Yes. We deliver to all UK addresses as standard. International delivery is available on request — mention it when requesting your quote and we will confirm postage options and costs.
